Course content
1. The foundations of management, the profile of a manager, time management. 2. Managerial decision making. 3. The planning and managing of implementation. 4. The controlling. Managing people. 5. The communication in organization. The organization. 6. Project management. The history of management.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to explain basics of theory of management and managerial methods.
Knowledge in theory and methods of management. Ability to understand the links between general management and other business processes.
