Learning outcomes
|
The main goal is to prepare students for knowledge work in international teams. Sub-objectives are as follow - Understanding of the importance of knowledge in the current economy - Gaining a general overview of knowledge management - Gaining basic knowledge of intercultural management - Ability to apply the gained knowledge in a team in Chinese cultural environment
Ability to work in an intercultural team Ability to lead an intercultural team Increase in intercultural intelligence in relation to the Chinese environment

Prerequisites
|
Responsibility, consistency, hard work. Ability to read English written sources. Study texts will be provided to the students at the beginning of the course.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Seminar Work
