Course content
The main topics are analyses of innovation for future business development processes, management and strategic planning. 1. Bases of the innovation process and entrepreneurship role in an economic environment 2. Data search and analyses 3. Intellectual property search and analysis 4. SWOT and OTSW analyses 5. Multidimensional SWOT analysis 6. MaInT analysis of an business opportunity 7. Technology Readiness Level analyses 8. Lean Canvas and Value Chain analyses 9. Project assignment 10. Presentation skills 11. Presentation for the board

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
The goal of the course is to raise analytical and entrepreneur skills of the attendees and to help them in innovative ideas analyses for the future business development. The skills can be use in both - company and entrepreneur environment.
Students will be able to analyse opportunities and risks of the innovative ideas and distinguish the right one for the future business development.
Prerequisites
English knowledge B2. Basic knowledge of business and management.

80 % attendance or test Written project and its presentation Grade % = 0.5 * (attendance % or test %) + 0.5 * project evaluation by the board % Grading scale: A 91-100 %, B 82-90 %, C 73-81 %, D 64-72 %, E 55-63 %
