Course content
Wealth within the opportunity theory. The political economy as the science of opportunities structure. Schumpeter?s concept of the cycle and development relationship. Engliš's contribution. Costs and effects of opportunities. Market mechanism and its regional dimensions. Resource mobility and exchanges. Goods and resources. Buchanan?s concept of goods. Utility value model. Markets and Kirzner?s concepts of entrepreneurial alertness and discovery. Efficiency criteria and market relations. Efficiency criteria as decision-making criteria. Market failure. Structural effects and defects. Budget effects and defects. Monetary effects and defects. Economic structures and their interaction. Economic policy instruments. Capital production and structure. Production function and economic structures. Economic relations and the structure of resources. Structure of wealth and production function. Regional Market effectiveness and state competition.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to help students to understand mutual connections of economical actions and sturctures.
Knowledge of the meaning of limited resource mobility in the positive way of opportunity theory
Prerequisites
It is recommended to complete the course of the Basics of Economics KAE/UEZU.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar Work

The course is concluded with a colloquium. Seminar paper on an agreed topic in the extent of 10-15 standard pages.
