Course content
Moravian Jewish History This course will examine the history of the Jews of Moravia (and Austrian Silesia), with a particular focus on the 18th and 19th centuries. It will explore cultural, religious, economic, demographic and legal developments, combining a close reading of primary sources with the perusal of the latest scholarship on the topic. Moravian Jewish History This course will examine the history of the Jews of Moravia (and Austrian Silesia), with a particular focus on the 18th and 19th centuries. This seminar is for all the students of the Jewish Studies and for all the other students who would be interested.
