Course content
Introduction into mental/psychic hygiene, survey of relaxation techniques. Jacobson´s progressive relaxation. Schultz autogenic training. Other relaxation techniques. Training of relaxation techniques in a group.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Homework for Teaching - 12 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The subject introduces fundamental topics from the field of psychohygienes. Further it teaches fundamental relaxation techniques and their practical use.
Students are well oriented in fundamental relaxation methods, can apply knowledge in practice.

Active participation in lessons 20-minute long practical demonstration of relaxation techniques or theoretical presentation of selected relaxation techniques in the context of its application in practice
