Course content
Content of lectures: Theoretical foundations of education in healthcare - terminology. The function of the goal of education, determination of goals, classification of goals in health contexts. Social marketing and promotion of attitude and behavior change. The topic of the seminars: Target groups of education and training in health education and in supporting the treatment process of patients and their loved ones. Phases of the educational process. Education in healthcare - forms and methods of education in formal, informal and informal education, educational interventions. Methods of education in the lifelong education of adults. Education standards. Patient assessment - case report

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Demonstration, Grafic and Art Activities, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
To acquaint students with the meaning and content of the educational role of a healthcare worker. To present the conditions, processes of education, forms and methods of education. Distinguish the target groups of education. Explain the education design algorithm. During practical attempts at an education project, teach students to create projects for a specific target group of clients. To get acquainted with the difficulties of creation - language problems, with the principles of creation and author's conditions. Draw attention to problems of teamwork and technical implementation.
Based on the recognition of the clients' needs, he will propose various education options. He will create a scenario of an educational project for the chosen target group of clients, in which he will demonstrate knowledge of the theory and practice of education. Prepares a comprehensive educational project and submits it in electronic and printed form.
