Learning outcomes
|
This subject is designed to help students improve their language skills at an intermediate+ level. It focuses on English terminology in diagnostic imaging. Students will be able to use English in their profession, will be able to communicate with foreign patients effectively and work with field-specific texts in English.
Students will acquire a basic level of healthcare English necessary for their profession, with focus on communication with patietns and working with text.

Competence in English at least at the CEFR reference level A2/B1.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam, Systematic Observation of Student
80% seminar attendance, active particiaption in classes, completing assigned tasks. Final exam.
