Course content
|
The subject of psychology, the position of psychology within the social sciences. Theory of the psyche, biological determination of the psyche. Interaction of biological and cultural influences in the psyche. Fundamental psychic processes and their features (gnostic, motivational, emotional processes). The subject of developmental psychology. The development of psyche within phylogenesis. Mental development in the neonatal period - in adolescence - in adulthood. Specific aspects of mental changes in adulthood and during ageing.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to teach basic psychological concepts and processes in the field of radiological assistant; to explain the mental in terms of phylogenesis.
On completion of the course students will be acquainted with the basic psychological concepts; they will know basic psychological processes and developmental particularities of individual psychological processes; they will be able to apply their knowledge and skills in their clinical practice; and they will be better acquainted with the issues of individual developmental phases.
