Course content
Introduction to the subject, conditions for its fulfillment Getting acquainted with basic relaxation techniques Theoretical introduction and practical training of Autogenous Training Theoretical introduction and practical training of Progressive muscle relaxation Theoretical introduction of other relaxation techniques and their practical training Practical demonstrations of relaxation techniques by students

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to teach basic relaxation techniques and their practical application.
On completion of the course students will be acquainted with basic relaxation techniques; they will be able to apply their knowledge in practice.

Active participation in lessons 20-minute long practical demonstration of relaxation techniques or theoretical presentation of selected relaxation techniques in the context of its application in practice
