Course content
Nutrition. Belly dancing. Conditioning exercise in seniors, practical training. Conditioning exercise in children, practical training. Conditioning exercise for parents and children, practical training. Aerobics. Taobox, Kickbox, Aquaaerobics. Hippotherapy. Biking. Hiking. Alexander method. Swimming for infants and toddlers. Other alternatives for exercise. New trends in sports activities.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
An overview of fitness and recovery training components. Methodological rules and principles of adequate strength training and general fitness training.
Upon completion of the course students will be able to lead individual and group fitness training.
