Neurophysiology basis of reflex techniques. Manual therapy on reflex trigger points in muscles and connective tissues. Diagnostics and reflex therapy. Required regime measures. Western versus Eastern Medicine. Holotropic Breathing. Jin - Jang balance. Scientific approach to the "alternative medicine" methods.

Learning outcomes

The neurophysiological basis of various reflex therapy techniques; manual treatment of reflex trigger points in muscles and connective tissues; regimen measures; reflex massage according to Marquardt and Penzell; concentration-relaxation techniques; scientific approach to "alternative medicine" techniques.
In the course students will learn manual treatment of reflex trigger points in muscles and connective tissues. They can use information concerning alternative medicine in their future clinical practice.
