Learning outcomes
|
The objective of the course is to acquire the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge in the field; familiarize students with the specifics of the field (especially trunk bracing, prosthesis, orthopedic footwear, ambulatory aids, cosmetic replacements) which will enable students to properly evaluate the status of a patient and recommend optimal prosthetic equipment with simultaneous monitoring of subsequent prosthetics care.
Upon completion of the course students will be capable of properly evaluating the patient and recommending optimal prosthetic equipment with the simultaneous monitoring of subsequent prosthetics care.
