Course content
Relevance, components, and principles of conditioning exercise. Exercise Terminology. Fat burning and healthy weight loss. Stretching, strengthening, practical exercise, Fitness, interval training, Swiss ball exercise and OverBall exercise, Power Yoga, Pilates, other alternative exercises and new trends in sports activities. Practical use and exercise leadership.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Methods of Written Work, Observation, Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
Physical fitness training principles; practical introduction to components of fitness and recovery training; methodological rules and the principles of adequate work load; the use of aids (thera-band, over-ball, gym-ball, balance platforms, weights); the use of yoga in rehabilitation; fat burning and healthy weight loss.
Upon completion of the course students will be able to lead individual and group fitness training.
