Obsah předmětu
|
Předmět je zaměřen na problematiku lékových forem, preskripce léčiv, obecné farmakologie (především farmakokinetiky a farmakodynamiky), farmakologie vegetativního nervového systému a farmakologie CNS (analgetik, anestetik, psychofarmak a léčiv neurologických onemocnění.

Výstupy z učení
|
The student should be familiar with basic principles of general pharmacology; to have a basic knowledge of the pharmacology of the major drug groups affecting the CNS, vegetative nervous system and pain; to be able to prescribe correctly all basic drug forms, either from the group of manufactured or individually prepared drugs.
The student should be able to use the knowledge both in his studies of clinical subjects and in his medical profession.

Hodnoticí metody a kritéria
|
Ústní zkouška, Písemná zkouška
Participation in at least 11 practicals, five control written tests with results reaching at least 70% of maximum possible points. Practical skills: Students will be able to write simple drug prescriptions, choose correct drug formulations for specific cases. Practical skills are tested as part of the formative tests during the semester and at the credit exam at the end.
