Course content
The subject is linked to knowledge of law gained at secondary school with regard to probable professional focus of the students. Areas: Selected concepts of theory of law with regard to practice. Constitutional law, legislative processes. Public law and private law. Position and basis of environmental law. Public service bodies. Procedural law with focus on administrative process. Criminal responsibility and legal liability. Selected questions of civil law and labour law.

The course aims at presenting actual information and procedures from the branch. Major approaches, conceptual and theoretical topics are listed in syllabus.
