Course content
|
Historical aspects of development of the Czech landscape in context of central Europe. The historical process of an (natural)landscape reclamation. Basic "archetypes" of cultural landscape. Areas of an historical settlement in Czech landscape. Problems of co-temporary Czech landscape in European context - dynamics of changes in the landscape pattern over the 20th century.

Learning outcomes
|
The course aims at presenting actual information and procedures from the branch. Major approaches, conceptual and theoretical topics are listed in syllabus.
Comprehension Identify symptoms of historical and cultural landscape use. Recognize effects of above mentioned on landscape pattern and the landscape functioning.
