Course content
Basic terms and introduction into plant ecology; photosynthesis in relation to environmental factors; influence of basic environmental factors (water, temperature, pH, nutrients, etc.) on plants; adaptation of plants to environmental phactors; growth and ontogenesis; plant population; plant communities; ecology of (sexual and asexual) reproduction; plants in trophic webs and climate change

The course aims at presenting actual information and procedures from the branch. Major approaches, conceptual and theoretical topics are listed in syllabus.
Comprehension Identifying of fundamental elements of plant environment Explaining the basic interactions: plant-plant and platnt-environment Recognise the basic roles of physiological processes in plant life and plant communities

Knowledges of plant systematics and essentials of plant physiology.
