Wölfflin etc.) Historiography: Viennese school of art history

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide a basic outline of methodology and historiography of art history in the period of the 18th-21st centuries. The students will get a knowledge of main aspects of teh discipline, its scope, institutions and tools.
Students will get knowledge of basic methods of art history.
Prerequisites
Good knowledge of history in the 18th-21st centuries, esp. regarding history of ideas.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

Presence in seminars. Ability to work with texts.
