1 Umění / Art Journal citation standards 2 Lexical aspect of scientific text, terminology and its application in sentences. 3. Work structure and its modifications with respect to the chosen topic 4. Literature research, familiarity with the current state of research, bibliography. 5. Notes and references 6. Analysis and comparison of a work of art. 7. Complex use of electronic resources and their specifics 8. Attachments (files, lists, legends, references) 9. Working with the text 10. Written text and its presentation (defence). 11. Optimal speech and presentation.

Learning outcomes
|
The seminar is focused on writing a professional text, its structuring and oral presentation skills.
Ability to correctly build the outline and the abstract/summary. Optimal form and style of a speech and presentation of a given topic.

Assigned/chosen topic of diploma thesis.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Seminar Work
80% attendance. Elaboration of written tasks related to writing a master's thesis (outline, bibliograph, sample text).
