Course content
Elaboration of the written seminary works about the chosen topics from the realm of Czech medieval art.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 6 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 13 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the seminary is active elaboration of selected topics from medieval art in the Czech lands in all the important categories, furthermore seminary offers a possibility for elaboration of a convincingly reasoned topics from foreign European states. The aim is to obtain independent approach by the selection of monuments, to choose adequate method by the elaboration of topic and to obtain a good orientation in the scientific literature. The emphasis is put also on formal elaboration and presentation of the appropriate topic. The participants of the seminary should learn professional research methods.
Basic orientation in the topic.
Prerequisites
Subject is designated for students of Bachelor study of History of Fine Arts.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Elaboration of written paper (about 10-13 standard pages) and its oral recitation, accompanied by a visual presentation.
