Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge of selected areas of theory and didactics of training in accordance with the focus of the dissertation. The student will become familiar with the methods and results of scientific research in the field of study at the level of database scientific information resources. The student will creatively apply the new knowledge in his/her dissertation. Main topics: Systemic concept of sports training, structure of sports training - long-term structure of sports training, training cycles, training and competition loads and their optimization, training principles, pedagogical, organizational and methodological principles and their application in sports training and its components - effects of training programs in terms of performance and health aspects.
