The aim of the course is to introduce students to a range of information sources suitable for acquiring relevant scientific knowledge in kinanthropology. Students are introduced to the possibilities of working with database resources and to selected applications that facilitate the management and archiving of literature resources. The course informs students about the importance and benefits of review studies based on systematic reviews. Students are also introduced to the process of developing a systematic review with emphasis on defining the research problem, selecting an appropriate strategy for retrieving scientific knowledge, defining criteria for including and excluding a literary source from the selection process, evaluating the quality of relevant literary sources, and general principles for interpreting the findings. In the practical part, the student is required to complete a series of tasks that are directly related to the information presented and allow for further development of the student.
