The aim of this course is to use the experience that students have acquired in the course "Law for everyday life I" and in some of the moot courts, to consolidate their knowledge and to boost their skills. The skills that students obtain will then be planted into the environment of international human rights protection and proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights. The students' task will be to assemble a case matching to the target group, taking aim at the international protection of human rights, to establish competition rules and code of ethics. They will also communicate as basic organizers with coordinators from other law schools, promote competition and prepare its organization, including the management of competition website.
This course is developed especially for students teamwork skills, which will be essential skills of the management team (coaching), communication and presentation skills, problem analysis, time management, self-reliance,legal writing. These are skills that are crucial to the work of a lawyer. Skill Group management is neglected and yet is crucial for future managers. |
