In this subject, students provide legal advice to live-clients under supervision of experienced professionals. Students will analyze and solve various legal problems from different branches of law and interconnect knowledge acquired in substantive subjects, accompanied by development of legal skills. The subjects also includes a compulsory workshop aimed at organization of the Students Law Office and legal skills important for clinical legal education.
In this subject, students will link theoretical knowledge of different branches of law to better understand complex functioning of law in practice. They will develop legal skills such as interviewing, counselling, case and documents management, legal analysis and problem solving, legal drafting and others. They will also acquire an invaluable practical experience of application of law in practice under supervision of qualified professionals. |

Student performance
Colloquy is obtained based on active participation of the student in the practical part of the subject and development of appropriate skills. |
