Learning outcomes
It is a specific optional course based on internships at the Czech courts. Students have to pass at least one month internship at the court in the Czech Republic acknowledged by respective court (e.g. chair of the court or other relevant person). The internship contract should be agreed between the court and the student, faculty of law provides necessary cooperation (confirmation of studies, etc.). Internship can be undertaken during the whole year, including summer vacations. Student can not accomplish this course by internship at e.g. attorneys at law, notaries, etc.
Students who have completed this course will gain both practical and theoretical knowledge.
Prerequisites
The completion of this course is not conditioned upon completion of any other courses.
