Course content
Content: Students in the subject will dedicate the theme of basic concepts of business law, commercial companies, strategic management, negotiation and interpretation of contracts. All topics: - Selected areas: Civil Code, the Business Corporations Act, Trade Act, - Business corporations, - Justice.cz portal, - Liabilities, the purchase and work contract, - Personal aspects of the business, - Skills lawyer, - Strategic planning, will embody practical interactive methods of teaching with emphasis on the problems arising in practice, so that in addition to deepening knowledge was used to develop the relevant skills.

Learning outcomes
The purpose of the Clinic of Law and Business Clinic is to enable students to get as much as possible of practical experience in the legal aspects of the business. Students connect knowledge of e.g. corporate, civil, labor and financial rights they have acquired in the compulsory subjects, and their application to practical situations arising from business activities. The subject will also develop skills important for the application of law in the areas of business, such as writing of legal documents, strategic management, negotiation, teamwork, communication and presentation skills. The subject will be taught through practical form, based on intensive individual preparation of students. The subject ends with presentation of the fictional company (semester project). Students will have the opportunity to provide legal advice to clients in the business environment, process them legal advice and documents under the supervision of a supervisor.
Students in this course will deepen their knowledge of civil, corporate, labor and financial rights acquired in compulsory subjects and be able to apply them to practical examples. Deepen your skills of legal analysis, writing of legal documents, communication and presentation skills, problem solving, searching for legal information.
Prerequisites
Subject Clinic law and business is not conditional upon the completion of another subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Subject Clinic law and business is not conditional upon the completion of another subject. Requirements for completing the course are active participation for seminar, quality individual preparation for seminars, accomplishment of ongoing tasks, completion of the semester project and surrender of clients´ case analysis.
