The objectives of the course can be divided into knowledge objectives and skill objectives. The academic goal of the course is the repetition and application of already acquired knowledge of administrative law, which students of the PF UP major in Law in Public Administration will have the opportunity to understand in a mutual context. Students will achieve this goal by preparing and implementing a teaching block at pre-selected secondary schools under the supervision of a PF UP pedagogue. The skill objectives of the course are to develop students' presentation and communication skills. By teaching students the basics of administrative law in high schools, it also teaches them how to present an often incomprehensible legal text to the layman in a way that makes it comprehensible. In this subject, students will acquire the skills of presentation, argumentation and communication basics for the effective communication of professional information. The social dimension, which the subject will also fulfill, is the education of a group of secondary school students so that they are able to solve basic everyday problems of a legal nature by themselves. Teaching will take place at selected high schools with a focus on law in public administration. A mandatory part of the course is a student workshop aimed at getting to know the basic values and methods of street law.
In this subject, students will link theoretical knowledge already acquired with gaining skills of public presentation, discussion, argumentation, transferring knowledge further - teaching, presenting legal issues in a comprehensible way for laymen, using basics of scientific work; looking up the materials, utilizing it and deducing conclusions from it.
