Submission of the dissertation topic to the Subject Area Board for approval.

The student is able to formulate a research problem and a method for solving it.

The student has a clear idea of the objectives of their dissertation and how to achieve them.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
After consulting with their supervisor, students shall submit to the subject area board the specific title of their dissertation, an abstract, a preliminary structure, and basic literature. Students in the Catholic Theology program who do not yet have a licentiate shall also indicate which part of the dissertation will be submitted as a licentiate thesis.
