Course content
Field trips, identification of species and vegetation types, environmental, conservation and geographical consequences.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Observation, Demonstration
Learning outcomes
Field excursions to selected locations in Moravia, comprehensive presentation of habitats (natural conditions, botany, zoology), practical determination of taxa and vegetation types, ecological, conservation and geographical consequences.
Students will be able to identify plant and animal taxa and vegetation types in biodiversity hot spots of Central Moravia. They will get acquainted with the work of field biologists and selected methods of collection and identification of taxa.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of biology.
