Course content
|
Safety and hygiene in the laboratory. Fundamentals of biological microscopy techniques (structure, properties and using the microscope, microscopic foundations, basic techniques, making microscopic preparations, simple staining methods). Understanding of the principles of electron, light (including fluorescent) microscopy and flow cytometry. Herbarization of plants. Teaching of plant morphology takes place in a greenhouse.

Mastery of basic laboratory skills and basics of microscopy techniques.
Student should be able to (after attending the course): - Work afely in the laborator - Work with microscope - Prepare microscopic slides - Make herbarium specimen of palnts - Know the basic types of microscopy, cell analysis and flow cytometry

Analysis of Activities ( Technical works), Didactic Test
Work with microscope, preparation of microscopic slides.Working out the protocols.
