Course content
|
1st Postpositional verbs in general; locative subject; postpositional verb zai. 2nd Complement - its function and position in the Chinese sentence and its possible expression in the translation into Czech, types of complements, direction and results complement. 3rd Directional modifiers lai and qu; insert object between verb and modifier lai and qu; other monosyllabic directional modifiers; bisyllablic directional modifiers and insert object between their individual components. 4th Interrogative function of the highlighted words in general, with the adverb dou or ye. 5th Expression of the past tense, verb suffixes go and le ; le as a sentence particle, negative particles for the past. 6th Antepostional constituent, the antepositonal constituent in sentences with modified verb, the antepositional constituent in sentences with indirect object, the position the antepositional constituent and the subject. 7th Resultant modifiers, results-modified verbs; resultant modifier wan, jian, sentences with the prepositional verb ba. 8th Modal verbs. 9th Indirect object, indirect object expressed by the prepositional or postpositional verb gei, verb gei with two objects, passive expressed by bei. 10th Complement; comparison of adjectives, adverbs geng and hai, adverb zui; restrictive constituent. 11th Expression of the future; future expression with no formal parameters, the formal parameters and the future expressed by yao and hui, negative adverbs bie nad buyao. 12th Subordinate clauses in Chinese.

Learning outcomes
|
The course builds directly on the Grammar Exercises 1 and its contents is complete interpretation of the grammar of contemporary colloquial Chinese on the basis of material exemplifikačního Colloquial Chinese script in the examples. The course ends with an oral exam, where students demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the basic grammar of modern colloquial Chinese.
The aim of this course is to provide students an complete explanation of the basic grammar of modern colloquial Chinese.
