Course content
|
This exercise is aimed at deepening the practical mastering translation from Chinese into Czech. Besides practical prowess is the purpose of exercise and to introduce students to the problems of translation theory. Attestation is awarded based on the cast of written translation of text stories, which of course trainees to freely choose from the extensive book collections KAS FF UP. The exercise is conducted so that the main focus is on content as accurate as possible, while stylistically motivated translation. Selection of texts covering literary texts, including essays that place for its lexical demands high requirements for translators. This course builds on the experience that students have already acquired their own reading of Chinese text or other courses of similar focus. Because Chinese and Czech languages ??are typologically very different, students are encouraged to solve problems, not only purely lexical, but also problems arising from animorfismu both languages. The literary texts are emphasized stylistic aspects of artistic texts, as well as stylistic and stylistic differences between Chinese authors. Students are also encouraged to analytical view of text and attempts to convert it in the context of his stylistic specifics.
