Course content
The course focuses on theoretical analysis of the current sémiotických linguistic and sociocultural aspects of interpersonal communication in China: parajazyková communication, facial expressions, proxémika, haptika, eating, play, interpersonal relations, meetings, more specific codes (traffic signs, logos, religious symbols); communication taboo , Myths, divination, etc. Credits are awarded for the development, presentation (range 20-40 minutes) and a written submission (range 5-10 pages) paper on the designated topic.
