Course content
Concern of this exercise is a practical interpretation and subsequent practical training prosodických fundamental phenomena of modern colloquial Chinese, especially mergers and syllables into binary units of rhythmic higher: bars (segments) and promluvových sections (rounds), lower units, ie, syllables, and binary, in detail dealt with in Chinese phonetics course in the first year of study (see below). No less attention is then paid to the theoretical interpretation of the accent, expression prominence of syllables, contrast emphasis, sentence intonation and practical training for these phenomena, all in relation to the interpretation of the grammar of modern colloquial Chinese, as was realized in the course Grammar. Syllabus of the course text is "The Grammar of colloquial Chinese in example 1" from YD1 - YD100 (YD, ie. Yindai, ie audio band, record). All his material is transcribed prosodic transcription and also Chinese characters. It is also accompanied by extensive interpretative material, a glossary and absolutely indispensable CD recording. Credit will be oral form when the student demonstrates both theoretical and practical skills acquired during the semester.
