Course content
1. Introductory lesson: course schedule. 2. Hardware, Memory, Output devices, Computer network, Software, Operating systems. 3.-7. Shared documents GoogleDocs/GoogleDrive - practical application, examples. 8.-11. MS Excel spreadsheet: calculations, formulas, functions and creating charts.

Learning outcomes
The course takes place in winter or summer semester. This is a two-hour seminar, which is evaluated by three credits. Credits are awarded for attendance, completion of assigned tasks and semester test, which has theoretical and practical part. Serves to verify the knowledge of basic computer terminology in Chinese and user master control fundamental programs that have been discussed at the seminar. Introduction to computer terminology in Chinese, basics of equipment available software (MS Office suite) and its practical application. Students will acquire knowledge of information technology, especially computer hardware, system and application software, again focusing on the mastery of the software in the Chinese version. Students will master sharing of documents (i.e. GoogleDocs) and algorithm calculations in a spreadsheet environment (i.e. Excel).
