Key learning outcomes In full compliance with current and applicable legislation, the programme is focused on developing the ability to work scholarly in the field of Roman law or legal history. It is intended to broaden the student's professional knowledge, skills, and competencies so that the graduate will be a highly qualified professional in the field of law with the potential for scholarly activity. The programme's goals are therefore also defined as the preparation of excellent legal professionals with an outstanding knowledge of legal methodology and argumentation, capable of scholarly work and presenting its results, especially in the field of legal history and theory.
