The aim of the bachelor study programme is to equip the graduate with a set of knowledge and skills in the field of basic technical sciences and information technologies, methods and procedures in the technical sciences and information technologies, through which will the student be able to understand and reflect the need to prepare others for life in the information and technical society. In accordance to the requirements of the practice, the basic aim of the study field is to prepare students for their future vocation in education or other professions. This implies the need to master the foundations of technical sciences and information technologies, the fundamentals of pedagogy, psychology, informatics and other general subjects.
