Key learning outcomes
|
The goal of the degree program is to develop the skills needed for proficient work performance in public administration, NGOs and commercial companies. These skills are based on a theoretical knowledge of andragogy, psychology, sociology and their practical application in the development of personnel, social counselling and adult learning and education.

Graduates have basic theoretical knowledge in the field of andragogy, psychology and adult education management and consequential knowledge and practical skills in disciplines. Graduates are qualified to use gained knowledge in the field of adult education, employee training in public organisations, non-profit organisations and community education.
