Morphology of the insects. Head. Mouthparts. Thorax. Dorsal and ventral appendages. Abdomen. Muscle system. Histology. Nervous system. Insects ventricle and its parts. Circulatory system. Central nervous system, peripheral nervous system. Reproductive system. Sensory system - structure, function, position.

Morphology, physiology and reproduction of insects.
Student should be able to (after attending the course): - Describe the morphology of insects. - Describe the morphology of particular body parts and organs of insects. - Describe reproduction modes in insects.
