Course content
Basic physical and chemical characteristics of the marine water, ecological factors of the marine environment. Anatomy, morphology and ekology of representative taxa of particular taxonomical groups of marine Invertebrates (Porifera, Cnidaria, Polychaeta, Mollusca, Crustacea, Echiurida, Bryozoa, Echinodermata, Ascidiacea etc.). Getting familiar with Fauna of the Adriatic sea.

Learning outcomes
ecological factors of the marine environment, Anatomy, morphology and representative taxa of basic groups
Students learn the properties of sea water. Students will be able to give a representative of Mediterranean fauna.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of anatomy and morphology of invertebrate organisms. Basic knowledge of hydrobiology.
