Course content
|
Classical method of measurement of parameters of eye optical surfaces, their interpretation and analysis with regard to the evaluation of the visual percept, eye health state and correction. Classical methods of posterior segment imaging. Examination of the eye refractive status and wavefront analysis. Optical coherent tomography, laser scanning tomography, polarimetry and its clinical application.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to apprise of principles of selected optical measurement on the eye in ophthalmology na optometry and of their concrete applications and relevant equipment.
Evaluation Evaluate the particular methods and principles, explain the aspects and results concerning the given issue, integrate the knowledge, predict the solutions, evaluate the results and outcomes.
