Course content
- Options analysis of the cornea and anterior segment: historical development, current options, modern trends. - Corneal topography: keratograf, Scheimpflugova camera and other systems - principles, advantages, disadvantages, possibilities of use. - Options assessment topographic data, their interpretation with respect to a particular application (diagnosis of diseases, refractive examination before operation, the eye examination optical system, the application of contact lenses) - Specifics topography in refractive surgery. - The characteristics of the cornea after laser refractive performance: the specifics of the structure and topography, mechanical and optical properties and methods of analysis, affect performance on the physiology of the cornea and vision. - Endothelial microscopy. - Microscopic pictures using slit lamp: principles, calibration settings, the principles of sensing, analysis capabilities shots.
