Course content
The course deals with brief survey of selected separation method such as the extraction (headspace, L-L, SPE, SFE) and chromatography (GC, LC, HPLC, TLC) in combination with mass spectrometry (MS). Students will apprise especially of practical problems and possibilities of mentioned separation techniques. The course will include a practical demonstration of laboratory instrumentation (preparative LC, HPLC, UHPLC-MS).

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with basic principles of separation methods with emphasis on experimental skills that are necessary for a work of organic chemist.
