Course content
The content f the lectures contain theory, experimental adjusment and application of IR absorption, Raman, NMR (1H-, 13C- and 15N-) NQR, ESR and UV-VIS absorption and emission spectroscopy in chemical analysis and the use of these methods getting information concerning energetical states in molecules and dynamics of some intra and intermolecular processes.

Aim of this course is to introduce to students the optical methods used in organic chemistry.
Define main concepts, describe main approaches in optical methods, characterize methods of infrared and NMR spectrometry
