The doctoral student is obliged to present the progress of the dissertation work and the partial results in a 20-minute presentation in English and to answer in English to the questions of professionals and laics in a subsequent discussion.

The aim of the course is to verify that the student of the doctoral study program is able to present the results of his / her research in the English language at an internal seminar in the workplace, with the participation of a representative of the Foreign Language Cabinet of the Faculty of Science, members of the Subject Board, other academic or scientific researchers of the training centers and other doctoral students in the workplace .
