Course content
|
The course "Introduction to Mathematics" is designed to introduce first-year students to the study of mathematics. Students will learn about the structure of the program, individual courses, and practical training. The course includes an introduction to the transition from high school mathematics to the more advanced mathematics students will encounter during their studies. Students will also learn about the long-standing tradition of mathematics at the Faculty of Science, Palacký University, as well as the university environment and the structure of the Faculty of Science.
