Course content
The course is focused on creation of assorted map operations in ArcGIS and RockWorks, including 2D and 3D geological maps and sections. The course include: theoretical part - statistical treatment of primary geological data, basic work with specific software packages; practical part - solution of practical tasks at selected map sheet.

Learning outcomes
The student applies knowledge of geological modelling in ArcGIS and RockWorks at specific map sheet.
The student demonstrates by his (her) own project ability to work with primary and secondary spatially-distributed geological data, discuses these data with information in scientific literature and evaluation of obtained knowledge in applications ArcGIS and RockWorks.

Assessment methods and criteria
Analysis of Activities ( Technical works)

80% attendance at tutorials, principal mastering of work in applications ArcGIS and RockWorks and submission of own project, incl. supporting evidence.
