Accurate measurement with multimeter Digital storage and mixed signal oscilloscopes Spectral analyser Measurement of AD converters Measurement of op-amps Measurement of signal characteristics Semiconductor characterization system with probing station

The aim is to introduce students with basic electronical measurements
