Course content
Sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) followed by western blotting. Immunochemical detection of proteins transferred on PVDF membrane. Analysis of sugars using HPLC. Analysis of biogenic amines using liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. Determination of the molecular weight of proteins using MALDI-TOF. Ion exchange chromatography of proteins. Light microscopy. Isoelectric focusing.
